Welcome to Essence of Beauty Wax & Brow Studio!

We strive to provide each client with a high-quality experience and to maintain smooth operations for our salon. To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that you review our policies regarding bookings, cancellations, and late arrivals. By understanding and adhering to these guidelines, you help us maintain the excellent service and scheduling flexibility that we value. Thank you for your cooperation!

Booking Policy

  • We are by online appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted at this time.
  • A deposit of 50% of the cost of service is required at the time of booking.
  • Be on time. If you arrive early please have a seat in our waiting area.
  • Please remove any piercings prior to your appointment. Staff will not remove them.
  • Arriving 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment will be considered a no-call no-show. 
  • Additional guests, children, or pets cannot be brought to scheduled appointments.

Cancellation Policy

  • A deposit fee of 50% of the cost of service is required at the time of booking. 
  • All deposits will go toward your scheduled service. 
  • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
  • No-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and will not be allowed to book future appointment
